Hotels with Parking in Melkarhola

Very well eqippted, super big and amazing view! Very cosy living room and and bed.

Beautiful view, cosy living rooms and bedrooms

We stayed 1 night as 4 people in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfectly fine for us (2 single beds in each room, which we put together). The area was very cozy. Seemed like it was used often by locals as a fishing camping spot. The restaurant food felt really fresh and was amazing (Fish soup, Catch of the Day, Fish and Chips and Reindeer Burger). - we highly recommend trying it!

Spacious, rather freshly renovated house, a bit hidden at the end of a small dirt road (no house number was visible). Parking no problem. We have not met the host in person, but communication was easy. The key box is not directly at the front door, but at the post of the canopy, which you cannot see when you walk to the front door. No terrace or balcony, but wonderful large windows in the living room of the upper floor, with a view to the fjord. Supermarket nearby.

First of all, they are a few minutes drive to all Senja Scenic Routes. The nice modern amenities inside the house! i had a very peaceful and well-rested sleep here! And my own parking space. Would definitely book here again next time.

Location was everything!! Close to town for resupply and restaurant!

Very new and clean. Nice beds in room. Very dark curtain. Close to Joker store.

This was our first glamping experience and it was super comfortable and fun. The room was beautiful with luxurious bedding and towels. Unfortunately it rained, but it would have been wonderful to have looked up at the sky on a clear night.

We had a wonderful stay at Yttersia Base in Senja. The location is ideal for exploring the island, rooms are comfortable and spacious, and there's a supermarket conveniently just across the road. The on-site restaurant serves breakfast and dinner with a warm, friendly team. What truly made our stay exceptional was the owner, Markus - a genuinely welcoming host who also guided us on a spectacular ski touring trip in the nearby mountains. Highly recommended! We're already looking forward to returning to Yttersia Base - hopefully soon!

Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable. Home was very clean. Appreciated the washer and dryer.

Good communication with the host. The house has everything one needs and the check in and check out process is straight forward. The layout of the house and the exceptional panoramic view.

This home was clean, well-stocked, comfy, and unique. Views + Norwegian hot tub were amazing, and the host was very proactive. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this accommodation as your gateway to exploring Senja!

This is a beautiful home with stunning mountain views from every room in the house. There is a well equipped kitchen. The home was very clean, almost to the point of being afraid to use it:) There was a grocery store just down the road and a cafe that had the best creamy seafood soup. The host Sebastian was very attentive.

The home is a well maintained family run vacation home. This meant it was well stocked with EVERYTHING you would need, which was very helpful bc the location is remote and wouldn't be convenient for last minute shopping. Lots of towels, extra soap, TP and basic kitchen stock items were all available. We stayed as a family of 4, so there was WAY more space than we needed, but it was a luxury to spread out and relax. Great space layout in the rooms with lots of hooks, shelves, and plugs. Communication was excellent. Clear check in & out instructions as well as helpful suggestions for the area.

It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The host was kind and generous. We absolutely enjoyed our stay

Everything! Very spacious and clean with everything we needed and great location for hikes in the area!

It has everything and it is like a home.

Absolutely everything! The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities. Even though it was cold and rainy outside, the house felt so warm, cozy, and homelike. Also, the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable!

The staff kind and helpful in everything, the place and landscape talks for itself, wonderful.

The location and surrounding scenery made this stay one of my favourites in all of Norway. The apartment itself was cozy, and the balcony was an excellent addition for a nice calm evening/morning. The restaurant nearby is great for some tasty local food as well. There are plenty of great hikes nearby, some within walking distance.

room breakfast locatiom were all vary good. this was our first night on our route after leaving Tromso. Very kind and helpful staff both at the reception and the restaurant

Clean, spacious, comfortable, contemporary, well-equipped, had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Just 3 minutes walking distance to the bus stop. I was able to take awesome aurora pictures just right from the porch or walk a few minutes down the pier. Very close to the trail to hike uphill for view of the town & ocean. Sebastian was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Mefjordvaer, a quaint little village.
