What breakfast? Was there supposed to be breakfast? Location was great

Absolutely superb. Ideal as a getaway or a stop over. Wish we had stayed longer and made it our central base for exploring. Host Kim has gone above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. This is a fabulous and well designed self contained cottage attached to the end of the main house but is private and separate consisting of a spacious, well equipped combined lounge kitchen dining area then a bathroom and the bedroom. The views over the valley are relaxing with the alpacas, miniature ponies, sheep and cattle for company. The beautiful house cat might greet you but respects your privacy. The property is pristine, clean and exceptionally comfortable and we can highly recommend it. Thanks so much Kim - the hostess with the most.

I left an electronic article and they were promp at returning it.

This place was a lovely surprise, far exceeding our expectations in both comfort and location. We would stay here again if we were in Feilding.

It’s convenience, and staff so friendly, we always stay there when we in Fielding

This property was the perfect place to stay for "field days". We wanted to experience a rural type of farm town on our trip in New Zealand. We stayed here attended Field Days and did the sales yard tour as well. The property was in a perfect location. We could walk to everything. Our host also recommended a great Steak House as well.

Very welcoming hosts. Made sure we felt at home during our stay. lit the fire for us while we were out. Cant recommend them more

Everything, wonderful hosts, engaging and interesting. Enjoyed a complementary lovely glass of wine with our hosts and other guests. The history of the property is worth the visit alone. Portrays New Zealand farming at its best. Highly recommend to everyone.

We had breakfast in town which was a short drive.

This place is stunning. The views are amazing. The studios are HUGE! Warm and super comfortable. Everything is provided, its only just out of town.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the beds were comfy as well. The items in the kitchen were well thought out, they had thought of everything.

Private. Very spacious bathroom

Great location for the purpose of our trip - very handy to the race track. Beautiful country setting, great views & lovely cottage charm. Loads of space in living and bedrooms. Kids room is great with their own little spaces. A luxury for us having a fireplace to use. Great to have the option of laundry facilities, though we did not use.

We travelled for our dog’s very first show weekend, so it was important for us to have a quiet, comfortable place where she could stay calm and relaxed between events. The hosts were incredibly understanding and made sure we had the privacy and space we needed, including an area where we could spend time outside and play with her. The cottage itself was absolutely spotless. We are quite particular when it comes to cleanliness and often find that accommodation does not always meet the same standards we would have at home - but Minnford Cottage was a lovely surprise. It was beautifully clean, tidy, comfortable, and we immediately felt relaxed. Everything had been thoughtfully prepared, and it really felt like a home away from home.
