Booked as a gift for my parents wedding anniversary and knowing that they gave a complimentary upgrade on room and surprised with a room decoration. Very good facility recently renovated and new rooms under construction. Located in a very prompt arrtaction in Oman. Friendly staff, well maintained common space like kids play area and lazy sofas around the place. Best place to take a weekend break.

Amazing location, right at the beginning of W6 trail and very quiet at night. Only a bit difficult to reach if you don't have a AWD/4x4 car. Super nice area to enjoy a barbecue/bonfire. Be aware there is no wifi and signal is limited (not a problem if you are aware of it).

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful villa, which was exclusively ours during our visit. The property is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, its location is convenient, being just a 40-minute drive from Jabal Shams Balcony Walk. Although we did not have the opportunity to meet the owner, Ali, in person, he was exceptionally helpful and provided excellent advice over the phone. He remained available to assist us whenever needed. I highly recommend this villa for anyone seeking a relaxing and well-appointed place to stay.

    Good location and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast (waffles and omelettes made to order). Easy parking. I read other reviews complaining about cold rooms in winter - our room had a reverse cycle air conditioner that heated our room wonderfully (visited in February).

    We had taken fellow travelers to this place in the car and the manager spontaneously honored that on the spot with an upgrade for all of us. A really great location as a starting point for the balcony walk (6 km away). Good dinner, good breakfast, good beds, good parking.
