The views were amazing. The outdoors seating is well designed and comfortable. The mattress was one of the best we had during the trip. BEST breakfast ever! And plenty of it, we couldn't finish it all. They also provided meals at reasonable prices. We had some soup as a starter for dinner that was delicious! There was a gas burner provided, which we only used for an hour since the blankets were very thick and warm. There was hot water (we had to use a different room, but it worked well). They also provided tours at an extra cost, which was priced fairly given that they also give you a ride to the start point and take you back. They help arrange our taxi. The hosts are nice and humble people once you get to know them. Our luggage was inside the room which was not locked but was not needed at all, we felt really safe. They also have some handcrafts for purchase and GIFTED us a handmade souvenir! Of course, it is a very rural place, nothing luxurious, but you will have everything you need.

Beautiful place, view is spectacular even now that a building is in front, just go to the roof and is worth it. Nelly was amazing, kind and always had breakfast ready when needed. Great place and you can order food delivery

The host was very friendly and very accommodating. Even after check out we were invited into the kitchen for more mate before we left. The room was very clean and the bed extremely cosy.

The hosts were incredibly helpful, always smiling and made us feel like home. They bought coca leaves for us because we had mountain sickness and gave us an entire bag for free. They also allowed us to leave our bags on the last day until the evening so that we could enjoy our tour. We felt very blessed to be welcomed in the inn and we would definitely come back.

I got a twin room with a private bathroom with breakfast included (a simple ham or cheese sandwich with tea) for the price of a dormitory bed at most places in Peru. The owners are also very friendly and helpful, they have a tour agency with the hostel that offers the lowest price I could find for tours in Puno. Would recommend!

The owner Cesar was a fantastic host. We arrived late evening , 21.15. which was later than planned because our bus was late. The first thing Cesar did was offer us some Coca leaf tea. He was so welcoming. The next day , we had a problem when our coach didn't arrive to take us on our tour. Cesar was on hand to help straight away , phoning the tour company on our behalf. And on our last day , we asked for directions to the train station , and Cesar walked us there to make sure we got there ok. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and is fantastic value for money.
