I like the secluded area. Great job providing service for guests coming and going to the resort. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were always greeted and served with a smile. From the moment we were on our way to the resort they took the initiative to remind us that we were going to be picked up at the port. Breakfast was also great. Food was delicious.

It’s spacious, clean, comfortable, and feels like HOME 🏡 the owners were friendly, accommodating, easy to communicate with, responsive. They really made sure that I was all set before leaving me at the apartment. They even gave me a free ride to the port going back to Cebu. I’ll absolutely book with them again. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Santa Fe! It’s truly pet-friendly—they welcomed my dog with open arms. We were even greeted by the hotel’s sweet resident dog, Kobe, which made the experience even more special. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, scenic walking areas. It made exploring Santa Fe both easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting with pets or just looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay.

The staff were exceptional!! They were very friendly and went above and beyond to assist their guests. Ate Michelle was always cleaning and always asking guests if they need anything. They were also very respectful towards their guests.

Great place! Very clean, a/c worked great, kitchen was tidy and staff were very helpful. Did not need hot water! Location was fine if you don’t mind walking a bit but the staff will assist you with getting a scooter if you want one!

The location was great! A cheap ferry ride from Hagnaya, a short drive from the port to the hotel. The beach is amazing! My kids loved playing in the sand and my husband and I loved watching the sunsets from the water. The snorkeling was great too! Lots of fish and other wildlife. The hotel staff were so sweet and kind! Food at the restaurant was great too.

From the moment we arrived, Mercedes and Dave made us feel so welcome. They are, without a doubt, the best hosts we have ever had. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring — they went out of their way to make sure every member of our family was comfortable, especially our little one. It’s rare to find hosts who treat your children as their own, and that meant the world to us. The rooms were spacious, cool, and spotlessly clean — a blessing when you’re traveling with young kids! The air-conditioning was perfect, the WiFi was reliable, and the gated complex gave us the peace of mind we needed with small children in tow. And the Stargazers Restobar on-site? Absolutely fantastic! Chef-prepared meals that satisfied even our picky eaters, ice-cold drinks for the adults after a long beach day, and the live music on weekends added such a festive, lively atmosphere. The whole family loved it. The location on Bantayan Island was ideal — we could easily explore the beaches and local attractions and come back to a place that truly felt like home. Our stay at Costa Liz Island Resort was honestly one of the most relaxing and peaceful trips we’ve had 🤍 Everything was so convenient and stress-free, especially since we traveled with seniors. From the shuttle service to and from the resort, clean and cozy rooms, great amenities, delicious food, and super accommodating staff — they really made us feel taken care of the whole time. If you want to feel relaxed, calm, close to nature, and somehow still feel like a VIP, this is the place. 🌴 One thing we really loved was how peaceful the area was. While strolling by the beach, we noticed that this side felt so calm compared to the other resorts with loud karaoke, budots, remix music, and nightlife everywhere. Here, you can actually hear the waves and enjoy the breeze 😌 But if you also want a little fun and nightlife, it’s just a short walk away, so you still get the best of both worlds. Very child-friendly too, which made the trip even more enjoyable for the whole family 🤍 Plus points because it’s walking distance to shops and restos, though honestly, their own resto and bar already made staying in so worth it too 🍹 And thank you for making my husband’s birthday extra special. We truly appreciate all the effort and warmth. This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we visit Bantayan again. 🤍
