It is a secured resort style subdivision. Very modern and airy. Warm pool. Spacious kitchen and living area. Karaoke. Kitchen facilities available. Courteous and helpful staff. Easy communication with owners. I would definitely book this again in the future.

Conrad and Tita Susan were very accommodating and the check-in process was smooth. The property is easier to access if you're coming from UPLB thru Pili Drive as the route going to Maahas road is a bit narrow if you have a vehicle larger than a sedan. My husband and I brought our own car and the property was easy to find since it's in Waze and Google Maps. If you like a quick weekend getaway or even a place where you can remotely work, this place is perfect as the wifi speed is very good. This place is definitely now on my list if I need a quick break from the city.

The rooms are neat and quiet. The staff are courteous and hospitable. The location is just a few kilometers from UPLB and walking distance to the town proper. We literally owned the pool during our stay. Good value for money....
