It feels home away from home. Strategically located near the plaza and theres a 711 nearby which is 13min walk and can be reached by trike. Kitchen is always clean and everything you need is in there. The host allowed us to early checked in with no extra fees. The host was also very accommodating and approachable. The room is spacious & perfect for family of 5.

We almost didn’t book here because of the bad reviews but we didn’t have much choice because we booked during a holiday long weekend at the very last minute so most of the hotels were fully booked. We booked our first few nights in Iloilo at a different hotel so we only need a one night accommodation near the airport because our flight was early. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was comfortable and nice for its price. It also includes a breakfast buffet for 2pax (it only has a few choices but it was free and considering the price that we paid for our room, its a win!) The staff were also very nice and helpful. We had room service for dinner and their tofu and iced tea were really good. I will rate this hotel a perfect 10 because despite the things that the property were lacking, we also have to consider the amount we paid for such. This isn’t a 4 or 5 star hotel but our experience was really good and comfortable.

The attendants are really warm and accommodating. The place is just conducive if you want an area with less noise. Plus point is the laundry shop just within the hometel. The location is just near a terminal, so it's accessible to public transportation.

Its proximity to the Ceres terminal is one of its few if at all, its only redeeming quality. This facility has seen better days. Now, it appears to be just on a downhill spiral of neglect and possibly lackluster management.
