Location, size, clean, matras

What a peaceful, beautiful space and location. Our family loved it,our favorite stay during a 2 week trip throughout Spain and Portugal.

Beauty, whimsy, peace. Delicious fresh-baked croissant. Interesting personal history. Sr. José and Senhora Dana were so warm and nurturing and also very accomodating about an item that was left behind.

Wonderful location and great host with really good recommendations.

Absolutely amazing place. Has everything you need, is functional, stylish and comfortable. It is the 5 star equivalent of self catering accomodation from the artwork on the walls to the linen, towels and bathroom accessories. We just adored the beautiful bedroom which was very luxurious and the bed is the most comfortable we've slept in so far. We parked easily right outside although access to the street is tricky - google will guide you but there is a wicked right hand turn which requires you to do a 3 point turn in the middle of a narrow junction to get into the street - but don't worry -even the locals have to do the same. The hosts Pedro and Carla were responsive, courteous and warm. They weren't around to give us the keys so Pedro's mum and dad filled in and they were delightful despite our language difficulties. It really makes a lovely change to actually communicate and meet the people behind a property rather than have anonymous door codes and keylocks!

The apartment was well equipped with everything you will need for a long or short stay.
