The property is peaceful, gorgeous and on the bank of a beautiful river. The building is a thoughtfully renovated water mill that is a couple hundred years old, but you would never know, it has all the modern conveniences. The staff/owners are very friendly and helpful with any questions about the area, activities and restaurant recommendations. We definitely plan on going back.

A marvellous place on top of the hill with a magnificent view on Vila Nova de Cerveira and the Minho river valley. The host was very nice to drive me twice to the village. His father-in-law, José Rodrigues, was a famous sculptor and designer and left thousands of artworks that are now exhibited inside and outside of this former franciscan convent.

Everything was simply perfect. The house is so beautiful, everything fits, just like travelling in time back to 100 years ago, but with all the commodities we have nowadays. Susana, Andrés and all the other people working there are awesome, welcoming and charming. They help you with everything you may need, even pointing to nice places to visit in the nearby villages and towns, good restaurants, etc. We didn't have brunch there, but the breakfast was sooo good, I guess we will go back soon to give that brunch a try. 10/10, all was simply perfect for us.
