From the moment I arrived, the service provided exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, Anca made sure my request was handled properly. I love to book the apartment in this hotel because it has a smart and spacious layout. It was clean and beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed. Anca, Cynthia and Simona consistently anticipated my needs before I even voiced them. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already looking forward to my next visit. Spa level has absolutely stunning views and relaxing environment. Very good value for money, room and hotel was clean immaculate. We were in transit on the road to Budapest and the Hotel was perfect to get some rest, very comfy bed and the bathroom was very clean and big enough. I really appreciated that coffee machine and snacks were available for free in the room. Vey easy self check in. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the hotel but they are vey tight so you need to park on the edge to let others space as well. You can also find free parking spaces around the building.
