I booked this stay for my parents, and they absolutely loved it. The food was fresh, varied, and offered plenty of choices. The staff was attentive and welcoming throughout their visit. They booked the balneotherapy package and received all the treatments and procedures included in the program. The thermal pools were excellent, well maintained, relaxing, and never overly crowded. Free parking was also a great convenience. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and they would happily return.
