We thought this was just a B&B on the outskirts of Gothenberg, we were so wrong. This is quite a way out from Gothenberg but it is a very beautiful wealthy town built around a small lake and park. This B&B is part of a beautiful old mansion that became an arts college 100 years ago. The grounds are stunning with a walking park in the woods behind the old mansion. A good breakfast is included in the mansion. Free parking on site. Each hallway of bedrooms have a common kitchen for everyone's use along with a common living room with large TV. Beautiful complex.

The location of the hotel is stunning and the accommodation is provided by a series of new maisonettes. Rooms are a little on the "tight" side but well presented. The restaurant is lovely if a bit on the expensive side, and breakfast is comprehensive with all the normal Scandinavian choices in the hot and cold buffet layout.

The apartment was excellent and offered great value for money for a stay with small children so close to the airport. Apartment 1 had a fully equipped kitchen, with large fridge freezer and dishwasher, a separate bunk bed room, and a double bed room, which included the lounge area. Very straightforward to find and access, and Rebecka was a great help when we needed. Looked like a bus into Gothenburg centre would take around 30 mins from the end of the road. ICA and Willys less than ten minutes drive away but set in a peaceful semi-rural location. It was perfect for our requirements and we will definitely be back.
