We had a wonderful stay here! Jaka is an excellent host, very attentive to details, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for guests. The place is beautifully designed, and you can tell it’s new and well-maintained. The sauna is a great addition—perfect for relaxation—and the breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. I highly recommend Zarja Glamping and would definitely return

This property is fantastic. The hot tub, sauna, and fireplace were exactly what we wanted. The privacy of the location and the amazing views were a much enjoyed extra. The small cabin is also impressively stocked. We did a bit of cooking and had access to every kitchen tool we could want. My wife and I were very comfortable and will certainly be staying there again!

The house is in a beautiful environment, fully equipped with everything you need and the owner is very helpful and kind.

We arrived very late after having troubles with our bikes, they stayed up late to receive us and even cooked a four course dinner. Good and breakfast was amazing and everyone was extremely nice!! 10/10

We spent three nights at Theodosius and loved every minute! This is a beautiful spot to unwind and enjoy some R&R and it feels very private since the are so few cabins. It is well-situation in a valley full of hiking trails, wineries, and fine dining as well (but really, the joy of our visit was in slowing down, enjoying the accommodation, and not doing too much). Andreja, Karmen and the rest of the Theodosius team were all super welcoming and helpful, and we are very grateful for all they did to make our stay so memorable :)

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and available all the time. The restaurant has very delicious food for good price. The location is perfect for bike trips and hikes. Also, for wine tasting, there are many options in 5 minutes walking distance.

We stayed here one night as we had a dinner planned nearby. Very cozy and homey place. Room was perfect and tidy. Breakfast was delicious and curated with care.

A beautiful view and homey feelings. Possible to do nice walks without having to drive. The house is well equipped with all the necessary amenities and feels home. The owner is very friendly and quick with responses. We enjoyed our stay very much!

What not to love. Close to the peak of the mountain. Great weather even in summer. Beautiful greenery all around and an exceptional host who went out of his way to make our stay memorable. Their homemade jam is a must try (you can purchase some as well). The apartment itself was furnished to almost perfection. Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, you make it they have it. Not to mention the outdoor selection of games. At night you can see beautiful sky full of stars

The property was clean and well appointed for our family of 4. The location was perfect for exploring the Vipava Valley. The host was attentive and responded quickly to any questions. It was comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us.

Great location off the town square. Restaurants and bars close by. Very well supplied one bedroom apartment with ample space. The hosts were very nice and friendly. It also had a very nice patio area/courtyard to relax. Very clean and quiet. Definitely would return again!

A very well equipped kitchen. Ample tea, coffee, cookies, etc. Simple to check in, excellent communication.

Amazing host. Very beautiful garden right next to the small Vipava river. Comfortable house that can easily accommodate six people. Has everything that you need in a house to have an extended stay. Highly recommended. Would book again if we visit that region in the future.

Our one-night stay at Posestvo Rouna in the Vipava Valley was nothing short of exceptional. Traveling as a group of three friends, we chose the estate to complement an evening at the renowned Dvorec Zemono with master chef Tomaž Kavčič—and it proved to be the perfect pairing. I loved the location. It was at the edge of a little village and surrounded by vineyards. It sits on a slight hill, and the view of the valley and distant hills is lovely. We arrived for Sunday lunch, which is the main meal of the day. We were there on a nice day in October. We ate out in an entry garden area that was very pleasant. The food was amazing. Delicious gourmet offerings that were well prepared and presented. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Nature, peace and quiet surroundings, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and great hostess Too bad we were just passing through, this place deserves more days and longer visits.

We booked a wine tasting in Slap - the house was only 2 doors down from the winery - so very convenient. The property is over 100 years old - we enjoyed the nostalgic atmosphere, and the prints on the walls throughout the house were fascinating.
