Our family had the most incredible week long stay!!!! It is the perfect location for day trips to Lublijana, Lake Bohinj and Lake Bled, and other national parks and beautiful cities. The staff was exceptional, as well as the facilities and food!!! We will definitely return!

We loved everything. The location is very peaceful, the hosts Betty & Simon are great people, rooms are very clean and comfortable, parking no problem. The nearby church bells make the atmosphere breath taking. The breakfast is abundant with their farm products. I recommend this place 10 on 10.

Very close to the highway, tasty food in the restaurant, nice surrounding. Room spatious enough, bathroom very clean, staff very pleasant.

The host Miha is wonderful. He recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. He also helped us planned our trip for the following days in Slovenia. We enjoyed the big breakfast by the river.

Very clean, comfortable apartment, well organized and provided with all necessary kitchen equipment, bed linen, covers and towels for all guests. Also very spacious and luminous, thanks to wonderful big windows on all sides of apartment. It also has a little terrace with nice view, with little table and chairs for those of us who are smokers :) The check in and check out are well organized and hosts provide all the necessary information. My compliments to the owners, especially for their house plants which are a nice little detail :)

I never leave reviews like this, so if you are considering staying here, PLEASE read the entire review. Of the 45 countries I have either lived or visited, Slovenia and Apartma Saint Thomas is in the top three. The most serene and breathtaking views that are only rivaled by Glacier National Park and Victoria Falls. My wife has wanted to visit Saint Thomas church for years and cried when she saw that the apartment was literally right next to it! The way the fog moved in over the mountains and you could look down on top of them, the peace and stillness, the deep lush forest, the rolling meadows, and the church itself is something that has to be experienced first hand. There is no way to adequately put its beauty into words. It almost seems impossible that a place like this could actually exist. Suzann was absolutely AMAZING. She is so kind and loving and made it feel like we were visiting family. We instantly had a connection and were so sad when we had to leave. Suzann made the apartment a home. There were incredible touches she added, coffee maker with coffee, there was a full kitchen, and fresh grapes and apples in a bowl that looked like they may have been grown there. As a guy, these are not things I usually pay attention to, but it felt so welcoming, I couldn't help but notice it. If you need a place to escape the maddening crowd and find your soul, THIS is the place.

Very nice house on the hill top. Many rooms with comfortable beds (it would be nice if the heater is more heat, the house is pretty cold). We love to cook in the kitchen, all of kitchen utensils is there. Not far from the supermarket. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended!

The location is superb. The house was a little hard to find at first, but then the top-class views opened up. The rooms are surprisingly super clean. The small kitchenette has everything you would need to cook breakfast or a full-size lunch. Plenty of hiking routes are available from there. Check-in was very smooth, and the whole experience exceeded all expectations.

Beautiful location and really nice hosts!

The owner is super nice. He knows his country very well and provided us with lots of useful information. We only planned to photograph two churches: Sveti Tomaz / The Church of St. Primož and Felicijan. However, with his information, we stayed one more night and visited Skofja Loka and Spodnja Sorica. Both places are beautiful. The house is very clean with everything provided, especially the fancy coffee machine. We really enjoyed these two days.

Spacious house with an amazing(!) view on the valley (table outside to enjoy the view and relaxing chairs + firepit for the evening). Surrounded by a mountain garden you feel in the middle of nature in this old farm. The hosts were extremely kind and provided local tips, garden fruits/vegtables and helped immediately if needed (thanks for the coffee :)). Great base in the mountains to explore northern Slovenia away from the busy places (do them on daytrips). Kids can play in garden and with provided toys. We loved the nature! Walks close by. Loved it!!

We were hoping for our visit to Pr Smolet but it was so much more. We were away from the busy city, high on a high, looking out in every direction at a beautiful mountain landscape, the site of a simple church on the hilltop, surrounded by the lovely noises of a working dairy farm…mooing cows, a bit of machinery in the distance, birds chirping, church bells nightly at 9am, and an overwhelming amount of GREEN everywhere. It was truly a little slice of heaven. The apartment was wonderful and met all of our needs. The hosts were super attentive to us, even bestowing us with fresh farm goods. We loved watching them tend so lovingly to their farm and their family. We stayed 6 nights and each day found new Slovenian treasures to explore. Pr Smolet was the perfect place to begin and end each day.
