The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated all the storage/shelves so we could settle in for our stay.

Everything was well thought out, for kid especially they had thought about everything needed. Rooms were fantastic

Breakfast was very good. It was well done and had a good variety of choices. We were very happy with it .

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean, modern and located in a new building in an ideal location. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Communication with the owner/property manager was smooth, with quick and helpful responses whenever needed. Everything was exactly as expected and we really had nothing to complain about.

We stayed here for two nights with our son and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is brand new, was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Since we found this apartment at a very good price, it was excellent value for money. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet convenient for exploring the High Tatras (8 km from Stary Smokovec). Pluses: great value for money, easy check-in (key box), very clean apartment, peaceful location, free parking, playground for kids, comfortable beds, and modern facilities including fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time here, we stayed at the other house (which is identical with this one) in March, and our experience couldn't have been better. My advice is to start filling up the hot tub right after arriving, because it takes quite some time. There's some good quality igniter and matches in the storage room, it makes lighting a fire real easy. The slippers, bathrobes, hiking poles, the fully equipped kitchen - these are all things that make me love this place a lot. It honestly felt like coming home after staying here previously, and chances are high that we will be coming back again.

Apartmán byl velmi dobře vybaven, byl čistý a moc pěkný. Lokace skvělá, máte to blízko do hor i do Popradu, nic nám tu nechybělo. Paní hostitelka moc milá a ochotná, rádi se někdy v budoucnu vrátíme.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at TatraGarden Soul with our family of four. The house felt brand new and was impeccably clean. The space was generous with plenty of storage room for all our belongings, which made settling in very comfortable. The property is exceptionally well-equipped – we didn't find ourselves missing any essentials during our stay. The location proved perfect for our needs, offering easy access to High Tatras hiking trails while also being convenient for exploring the rich cultural heritage sites in the region. The owners were absolutely delightful to deal with. They were pleasant, accommodating, and really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Having access to the garden was a lovely bonus – we enjoyed relaxing and dining outdoors on the beautiful sunny days.

I would give it a 12/10 if I could. Such nice hosts, an amazing place to stay, has everything one needs up to the smallest detail. Highly recommend and will make it my usual place to stay in Slovakian Tatas:)

Getting the keys from a lock box is the best and easiest, I'm always happy when a place offers this. The host replied quick to my messages. We booked for 5 people but eventually only 4 of us could make it, and the host had no problem with it. We could park the car behind the gate, which was great. I had some worries that the hot tub and sauna is shared with the other house (I couldn't exactly tell from the pictures), but I realised that while the two houses are on the same site, they are quite separated. You have access to the other house's court through the common playground, but apart from that everything is private and there's a hot tub and sauna for each house. The house was super clean and spacious and the mountain view was amazing. The temperature inside was perfect, but it can be changed on the thermostat if it feels too cold/hot for someone. The beds were comfortable, one of us was sleeping on the sofa which is also great for sleeping. The kitchen has all the basic ingreditens for cooking and much more, like tea and pasta. There were slippers and bathrobes prepared for everyone. But the best part is that the use of the hot tub and sauna is included in the price. The instructions were printed out, it was easy to understand and we had no problem operating them. We would definitely come back another time!
