United StatesGrand Turk changes completely between when cruises are in port and when they arent. This place is the perfect choice for both situations. First, the service is impeccable. They got us a taxi to pick us up at the airport, booked a golf car for us which we could bring back to the airport on the final day, prepared for us great food and allowed us to leave the bags and use the facilities after the check-out. Second, the place is located right on the beach, and close to the best two bars/restaurants of the island, one of which is right in front of it. Third, it's in the middle of everything. It's convenient for when cruises are in town, because with the golf car you can go where no tourists are. And it's close to the most incredible beaches when cruises are gone. They also have beach chairs, snorkeling gear and umbrellas available.

The rooms were well appointed. The Housekeeping staff was excellent. The manager was very professional and delt with most issues well. The pool was nice and the parking was free. Problems with the room were dealt with fairly.
