This hotel exhibits Thai hospitality and kindness at its finest! From the moment you approach the front desk, Sam, the manager, greets you with a warm smile and speaks with you as if you are a long lost friend. Please understand that this hotel offers basic accommodation at an absolute bargain price. A few tidbits about my stay. I was having a problem paying for my online bus booking, and when I told Sam about it, he immediately told his lovely wife, and she drove her motorcycle down the road to 7-Eleven to pay for my ticket so that I wouldn’t stress about the situation. If that wasn’t enough, upon my departure from the hotel, he insisted that they arrange a grab pick up to take me to the bus station. Oh, breakfast is included with your room and it is absolutely delectable! They even give you a lovely parting gift…..a banana! If you desire a clean, basic accommodation in Thailand with incredible hospitality and kindness, then book a room at this hotel. You won’t be disappointed!

The breakfast was so delicious every morning and the view was amazing! I loved the view of the river with the cool wind while eating every morning.

Clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff. A 10-minute walk from the night market. Washing machines and a water machine to re-fill drinking water containers right out front of the hotel.

The Hop Inn has been one of the nicest properties for its value. The Hotel is immaculate, not just clean, but impeccably immaculate. Beds are very comfy, nice linens,flat screen, tiny fridge, very quiet, late check out fee til 5pm was $14,…manager seems a little “uptight” and needs to breathe and relax. Her employees seems frightened of her.

Great host who will help with anything if needed. Location is central but also quiet. Nice swimming pool and garden area.

Quiet and clean and had a nice family room for a good price

This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Kettle with coffee and tea.

The resort had exceeded our expectations as we were looking for a quiet, family-like setting away from the noise and spotlight found in larger hotels. And that is exactly what we found here. We instantly felt like family members and even though we were very close to the Mekong River, restaurants and the city market, the place was hidden in a small street that was very quiet. We stayed in one of the chalets, and in a room in the main house as well and found both accommodations very nice. The chalets are for travelers who enjoy privacy and the view of a garden, while the rooms in the main house is for those who are more accustomed to a city life and accommodations. We will definitely come back and stay there in the future as being able to eat breakfast with the owners and talking about the local culture was a priceless experience. Also, we were able to rent a small motorcycle there too which made our life so much easier while out and about in the area. Thank you for being so kind and friendly.
