The Hop Inn has been one of the nicest properties for its value. The Hotel is immaculate, not just clean, but impeccably immaculate. Beds are very comfy, nice linens,flat screen, tiny fridge, very quiet, late check out fee til 5pm was $14,…manager seems a little “uptight” and needs to breathe and relax. Her employees seems frightened of her.

Breakfast on the roof with a great view of the Mekong River. Excelent Thai breakfast with lots of choices. The staff were exceptionaly kind and helpful. We had been there many years earlier and we loved it then. So when we came back it was even better then before.

The staff are very polite and welcoming. The room was a very nice size, very clean & the big bed, very very comfortable. Everything in the room worked fine without and problems including the mini refrigerator. I recommend this place and will probably stay again when up in that area. Brian J. Harp

location is very convient for travel arrangements as it is beside the bus terminal. nice old solid hotel of yesteryear ambience. good quality solid wood furniture gave a warm feel. AC worked well. super comfortable king-size bed. great hot water shower
