You will not anywhere find more friendly and helpful staff. They really could not be any nicer and sincerely want you to have a nice stay

The room is large ,clean and comfortable. Chinese breakfast taste good. I’m very happy with a cup of coffee in the morning since I ‘d drink tea for many days. :)

The location is beautiful. The place is really great. Staff were so nice and helpful, it felt more like you are going to this private familial place. The room was big enough and clean. Breakfast was great. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY

A special place—beautiful and very well-maintained. The couple is lovely, and the dinner they prepare is delicious and thoughtfully made. Highly recommended; it’s a great experience.

Came to spend some time in Alishan and surrounds. Loved the spot, out of the busiest roads so nice and quite of a night time. Would recommend a car/scooter to access the hikes. Delicious breakfast and dinner, really lovely owner.

the local hospitality and FOOD!

Beautiful garden with amazing views over the valley Very nice local breakfast Amazing hosts that really go out of their way to make you feel at home Lots of well behaved cats that come around for a cuddle Quite setting walking distance to village

Great room with the mountains view. The breakfast is tradicional from Taiwan which makes the experience even more special. The owners of the property makes you feel at home and always help with anything you need.

Beautiful property on a tea plantation, spacious rooms and amazing hot pot

Great hosts with perfect breakfast! They have a tea plantation as well, you can buy their products, just ask :)

Beautiful surroundings. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Very clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast (we had congee, eggs, tofu or wheat gluten, two vegetable dishes, and steam buns or bread each morning) and the host even provided fruit from her garden. I was worried about finding it so the hosts provided a google maps link which made it easy.

The location was amazing, directly in the mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast was delicious and had a good mix of western and asian cuisine with a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.

A cute and humble family that took care of us very nice since the moment we parked our car until the moment we left. We felt at home. The places has a restaurant and cafe. The food was tasty.

The view from the house is spectacular! We were there during December and woke up with the sea of fog. Host and his family are really nice. Bobo is really excellent. You can ask for travel guide around Alishan from him. And the food is also great! We loveeed it here!

The place was very nice and the hosts were great! Perfect for a group trip

Very strategic location. Their staff were patient enough when I encountered a problem with my payment option. They allowed me to store my baggage in the lobby while solving my payment issues.

Exceeded our expectations. Clean, helpful and.courteous staff, cozy bed, comfortable stay.

The location was amazing, great to be right up in Alishan for when we took the morning training and it was right next to food and shops. Plus, the staff were super friendly and the place was clean. I recommend the firefly tour at night!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room for a good price

Located within Alishan National Forest Park, the location of 登山別館 was ideal for exploring Alishan's trails -- and also for avoiding the always crowded general parking lot and repeated park entrance fees. The staff took wonderful care of us!

Centrally located, very close to train stations and all shops. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
