Hotels with Parking in Shuishang

The front desk staff were very professional. We asked about arranging a taxi the day before departure, and everything was prepared exactly as requested on the morning we left. The room was spacious, very clean, and featured wooden flooring with plenty of power outlets. Most of the outlets are two-pin, so be sure to bring an adapter if needed. We arrived late at night and found limited food options nearby, but there is a 7-Eleven about a 5-minute walk away, which was convenient.

Complimentary upgrade of room upon check in Breakfast included, wide variety with live noodle diy station but hot food didn't remain hot, they were cold Water dispenser on level 1, though the dispensing is not a constant stream Bathroom sink is very wide but too shallow; easily touches the bottom when washing hands

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and my family of 5 fit nicely. The location was also good - it was walkable to a lot of restaurants. The free breakfast also had a nice selection of items.

Clean large rooms. Friendly staff. Free parking in basement.

Location was decent, there were shops and a shopping complex with restaurants a bit down the road as well as convenience store across the road. Rooms had everything we need for a stay and breakfast buffet was great and convenient. Bed was nice and firm, we had great sleep that night

Spacious and clean, perfect location! Parking instructions were quite confusing, but in the end the hotel covered the full amount, which was nice.

Was located near the station but not much else in the neighbourhood. Room was large with a nice bathroom. Large breakfast buffet.

Relatively easy to get to. From Taipei, we took HSR to Chiayi, upon arrival we learned that HSR offered a FREE shuttle in to town called THSR/BRT bus. Just show your HSR ticket and get on the bus. Show the driver that you will stay at VOCO and he drops you off at a bus stop near the front. Hotel offered 3 restaurants but needed reservations. 7-eleven and PX mart are only a couple blocks away so we were able to make a meal of it.

Breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices and near to old train station not high speed train station which we confused about. We took high speed train from Taipei to chiayi then costed us over 400 NT to get to the hotel just FYI!

- Great reception staff - Laundry and drying machine with free detergent - Parking space for bicycles - Amazing free breakfast - Clean, spacious room and bathroom (with Japanese toilets) - Relaxing music in the corridors - Big windows to look outside

Close to the train station, very nice room

I enjoyed the jacuzzie and relaxing

Looks very fancy! Warm welcome, easy to leave luggage behind when going to the mountains after staying here. And, a wonderful piano in the lobby. Great breakfast too!!

Good size room. Tasty hot breakfast baffet.

Lovely hotel with fantastic buffet breakfast and conveniently located to restaurants, night market and local attractions. As we were travelling by bicycle we appreciated being able to securely store our bikes while staying at the hotel. Welcome fruit slushy drink upon arrival was amazing!!

Huge room with the high ceilings, huge bed, very special clawed foot bathtub, interesting Thai-themed decor that is unique and works. This is one of the best hotel rooms that I have had anywhere in the world. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Family Mart and PX Market next door, and many food options.

Located in the middle with lots of inexpensive and good food options. You can also see the market and a small park. The Catholic Church is a 20 minute car ride away. Very nice display of lights around Christmas time. Do be prepared for some authentic experience of a Taiwan small city. The street can be noisy. The traffic follows its own rules. It can be scary if you are not used to it but it’s also very fun if you observe and be like the locals.

Breakfast buffet was excellent! Lots to select from... Both western and Chinese dishes. 5 of us were vegetarian so we had plenty to eat!! 😊. Swimming pool was great! A life guard was on duty too.

I’ve always felt good about coming back here ( 2rd time) the shampoo always made me feel good, this time round they changed to ah yuan soap series and it made me go buy them when I got back to Taipei! Beds were comfortable and I love their pillows , definitely a big plus. Staff remembered I stayed here before from their system and that simple gesture made me feel abit coming back home. Location was near a lot of good restaurants and not just 火雞飯 n 火雞飯， near the shopping mall made chiayi city abit more interesting.
