Ravi at the front was so kind, great welcome helpful. The room was so nice and clean. The hotel is near every attraction like the lake and nightclub. Everything is perfect. Will be stay here again next time when we travel to Lake Tahoe.

Breakfast was great and the reception area made you feel comfortable and relaxed. Sadly didn't get to use the hot tub, or actually see a bear, although in general the property, as they say in the popular children's nursery story about bears..this one was just right!

Debbie was EXCEPTIONAL!! When we arrived she informed us she had upgraded us to a suite. If we had any questions about the area she was very helpful!! She makes a GREAT cup of coffee and anything we needed she was on top of! The location was perfect! If we ever make it back to Tahoe we will definitely be staying here again!
