Messaging with the host worked out fine. Keys were easy to locate in the lock box. Having 2 king beds was a plus. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Nice decor. AC worked. Hot tub was nice. Full sized fridge, oven, range, and dishwasher in the bigger unit. Washer/dryer in each unit. Good water pressure. Quiet neighborhood. Easy parking. Printed instructions from host were easy to follow.

Family operation. Old style charm….obviously being updated. Lots of activities on the grounds. Awesome friendly owners/staff! Second floor rooms (with same level entry from parking at rear of building) had decks with great Adirondack chairs and view of Whiteface Mtn. to enjoy our morning coffee. Very reasonably priced.

Wolfjaw Lodge is located in Wilmington, 12 miles from Lake Placid and 8.1 miles from Whiteface Mountain.

No breakfast available. Coffee maker in the room worked well. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom sink and shower. Easy check in. Great views from the room. Quiet and well soundproofed. Parking very convenient.

The cabin was beautiful, we loved the lights in the backyard and really enjoyed the hot tub and cold plunge! The kitchen was well stocked. The host was responsive and even gave us a free wine bottle to celebrate my partners birthday!

We LOVED this house!!! Everything from the large range of amenities to the warm comfy atmosphere was perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful and the decorations in the house made it feel like home. The kitchen was full of every different type of seasoning, a full pantry, and all the possible machines. There was an amazing sound system with TV’ in each room. Property is only 15 minutes drive from White Face mountain and 23 minutes from lake Placid. We would love to come back again for a skiing trip or summer vacation.
