What a beautiful, peaceful place. The Inn is overflowing with charm and history. Acres of beautiful walking trails on the disc golf course. Deer on the patio in the morning. Such a restful place. The bed slept great and the pillows were big and fluffy. The FREE snack and beverage bar off the lobby had bagels and cereal as well as fresh bananas for breakfast. We saw 3 cars for the whole overnight that we were there. Kids riding bikes in the neighborhood. It was like going back in time. It was wonderful.

The Sleep Inn & Suites Albemarle is located in the heart of Stanly County, surrounded by Uwharrie National Recreation Trail and Morrow Mountain State Park.

A great spot to access the Pee Dee river if you have a kayak; we were able to put in our kayak off the pier at the edge of the water easily. Comfy bed, swing on the porch, very clean
