Cool retro vibe for a boutique city hotel - pet friendly too!

It was so clean and comfortable

The bar was convenient and it was centrally located where we wanted to be in Clayton

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms in great condition.

What was most memorable for me was the kind lady at the front desk. I really wished I got her name but she was very outgoing and courteous.

Charming hotel, makes you feel back in time. Across the street there is a huge park to walk and exercise. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed burgers and beer in the adjacent food hall, it was cold and windy and nice to be able to stay in and have a meal.

Phenomenal staff, so hard working and lovely to engage with. Great facilities and cool location. Very comfy beds and good amenities.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and was conveniently located near many of the attractions we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, and the workout area in the basement. Check-in was easy, and the host provided everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Louis.

This location is great fot spending time in forest park (zoo ,museums). It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The pillows were great. We liked the cable TV as well. Breakfast and kickbacks make this a great value.

Nice and cool not too hot. Just right

The hotel being a historic church let for an absolutely breathtaking entry and common space. The unique rooms were artfully decorated and spacious. The jetted tub was so relaxing! Every detail was thought of in this accommodation and it shows! It was on par with pricier boutique places we’ve stayed in Kansas City and throughout the county.

Very quiet, really like it very comfortathe floor squeaks a little bit, but that's okay.

Secure, quiet, clean. Appreciated the coffee and tea left for me!

It was a door code and the instructions on how to get in where very clear and easy to follow! I will say that the door number (1w) was missing so we had a little confusion there but overall it was easy!

Balcony in rooms also cleanliness, staff were very nice and helpful.

It was a convenient location for food and anything you need.

I love staying at the Cheshire! It's my go-to over the last 30 years, when I have events in the area.
