Everything!!! checked in very late almost 12 midnight, the front desk lady was excellent, she made me feel welcome, the room was very clean, and the food was amazing . This place is amazing!!!

Beautiful, cozy condo. Very clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. We walked to the beach and it took us about 20 minutes. We also drove down and parked on the street next to sunsations. Lots of parking. Close to restaurants and shopping. We walked to a mini golf course. Would definitely stay again!

The best part about this property is the cleanliness. It’s spotless, there are no smells of mildew and they clean the sand off the rugs and floors so there is no crunchiness. The pool is wonderful. It’s a large size that can accommodate many. The rooms are a good size and the location to the beach is great!

    Free breakfast from 6-9 which we did not partake in.... 1 game of mini golf and free umbrella/chair on beach while in season. Bathroom was not the cleanest. You have to pay extra for housekeeping sevices?!?!? The frig froze my insulin and our watermelon we snacked on. No frills hotel. It was fine but for the cost, we will stay elsewhere next time. This happened to be a last minute getaway. Parking is an extra $25/day and resort/county fees really add up!!

    Reasonable price, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room, quiet, morning breakfast included, nice pool, free parking, beach chairs & umbrella included, and all within a short 5-minute or so walk to ocean beach.

    Everything was beautifully done. They did charge for parking ($25), but they also included free vouchers for a free umbrella and 2 beach chairs on the beach as well as vouchers for playing mini golf nearby. They had nice little extras like complimentary lemon or strawberry water in the lobby as well as drinks in for mini frig in the room. I do not drink but was told the 2 adult drinks were complimentary as well. The service was kind and helpful. There is also an outdoor restroom and changing room near the pool, which is helpful with kids.

    Clean, close to the beach, able to park before check in and after check out, and vouchers for an umbrella and chairs at the beach! Resort fee was included in the booking price so the only additional cost was the $25/day parking.

    The location and room were just right. We walked to the beach & the town & the boardwalk. We paid $25 a night for 3 days parking & it was worth it and convenient. The hotel gave us daily vouchers for an umbrella & 2 chairs by Steen at the beach & that was great. They also gave us a voucher for mini-golf & we enjoyed it. It was right next door. Breakfast was included which was convenient. They had afternoon cookies & water infused with fruit & cucumbers.

    Friendly service! Especially Imoh the gentleman that works the parking garage. Everyone else also as nice as can be and extremely accommodating. Great breakfast, high class bar and bartender, clean workout room, cool pool location w retractable roof. Safe and enjoyable family friendly thanks to the staff.
