The entire experience was wonderful. Parking lot was well lit and I felt safe. They are undergoing renovations, however it did not affect my overall experience.

Justin was an exceptional teacher and his love of the history of the house was extraordinary. It was the first time I stayed in a living museum and everything was so hands on. Lex’s silver smithing jewelry was beautiful. Plan to come back in the Winter.

I liked the location. it was close to the highways and they have stores in the same parking lot as the hotel that you can just walk to if you need something. The breakfast was better than I expected for Continental. There was plenty of food for everybody and the food was fresh and warm. The building itself was extremely clean as was the room. The price was okay, not a great deal but a fair price.

Ill start at check in, they had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that were delicious.. The check in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. Our room was huge, clean, great lighting, and exactly as expected. It's all about the little things, right? There were paper towels, dish soap, kitchen towels, utensils and dishes, even a little scrub daddy sponge. Everything you need. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Had a great night sleep amd the room darkening curtains kept the bright light out. Parking was easy, the pool and jacuzzi were great. The bubbles weren't working, but still nice having the hot water. The coating on the inside of the jacuzzi and pool was VERY gritty and hurts if you scrape your feet or knees. Just have to be careful. Overall very satisfied with the stay. There was a full hot breakfast as well that was stocked well and very good.
