From the moment we arrived, we felt as though we had stepped into a romantic movie set somewhere along the Italian coast. Every corner of this hotel has its own charm and character. It’s difficult to put into words just how special this place feels. There is something truly magical about it. The breakfast was phenomenal, easily one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and having plenty of complimentary parking was another wonderful bonus. The location is absolutely fantastic, perfectly situated in the charming town of Carmel-by-the-Sea. We visited as part of our honeymoon, and this hotel genuinely made us feel like we were living in a romantic film. We found ourselves wishing we could stay much longer. La Playa isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s a destination in itself. An absolute must-stay. We cannot recommend it highly enough!
