We stopped for a layover because the rains and traffic in Portland was stressful. The desk clerk was so kind, accommodating, and thoughtful. His understanding that my husband was just out of the hospital prompted him to get us a step stool for the high bed. I will never forget the hospitality we received. Excellent 👌👍

Beautiful courtyard view (3rd floor) Nice, calming well-kept spa and bathroom/shower facilities Clean and clear pool and hot spa waters Responsive and friendly staff (all hours) Smaller facility so not crowded with people Free parking Affordable room rates Excellent massage treatments Excellent facial treatment Dependent on the courtesy of other guests, it is a quiet location (loud noise and music can be heard between rooms, though I'm sure not much can be done about that). We had a quiet hours issue but the staff was able to take care of it quickly and politely Water dispensers in hallways

Clean, comfortable and very quiet. My request for attention to my mobility issues was met. Fortunate to find a handicapped parking space near my room. I did not take advantage of the pool or extra spa services.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I did not like paying a parking fee. Everything is very expensive, meals etc. the resort needs to restore worn out places throughout the building The pool area was excellent!

Loved the covered porch with ample seating. Gorgeous view. Very spacious. Hosts responded quickly to any questions. Check out was very easy! Only had to strip sheets and collect trash! I hate paying a cleaning fee and still having to do a lot of cleaning! Loved this!
