Clean rooms, great breakfast! Close to the manatee tours

Excellent location in the city center, room was clean and very comfortable, staff very helpful and breakfast buffet was excellent

The room was very clean and wonderful. The breakfast selection was probably one of the best I've seen at a hotel where breakfast is included.

Words alone can't express how wonderful everyone and everything was! The staff, the room, the food! We actually extended our stay, because we just didn't want to go 😭 Amazing 😍

The hosts Teresa and Daniel made us very welcome, the breakfast and the takeaway brunch they gave us for our early morning manatee trip were both delicious. They really went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. The coffee in the room was very good.

This is a wonderful location! Close to everything here you will want to see. King's Bay, Three Sister's. We came to see manatees and we were not disappointed. We had a couple minor issues but our host was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice place. It had two bedrooms, Which was perfect for us. The location was right near everything we wanted to do. There was a full kitchen and full size fridge and freezer. The outside sitting area was also very nice and cozy. Over all it was a great experience.
