I loved the location. Parking was easy. My room was on the first floor so it was the most convenient stay I’ve ever experienced. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was beautiful and well maintained. I loved the proximity to the beach and the hot tub and fire pits. The view was spectacular. I loved the French press coffee and the automatic fireplace in our room.

Very private room, quiet, and had 2 large windows and parking space was right outside the room.

We had a beautiful room with an ocean view. We love going to Georgie's for a meal. The parking lot is big enough to accommodate our pu and trailer.

I want to explain in detail Just how wonderful this hotel/motel actually is. Not only was it ready for us to check in ahead of time but it was made so wonderful and pretty with heart towels on the bed and fresh sheets . Everything was super clean. we stayed 5 nights and all 5 nights it was exceptional and amazing. No loud noises no rude folks no big animals even the rooms smell absolutely amazing and clean no matter what you microwave inside somehow it smells amazing. Whenever you have a special request the hotel does it's best to acknowledge it and accomodations are made as best as they can. They have amazing wifi and on site laundry that costs $4 to wash and dry combined. Washer and dryer are both amazing as well. And the washer dryer room has an ice machine as well. Plus it locks once you get out so nobody except hotel staff and other guests can get in to tamper with your laundry not that anybody ever had. We did laundry 3x and never had an issue. Not only that but the laundry only takes quarters and I did not have cash on me to turn into quarters so the owner went out of his way to give me money from himself and said pay back or no it's ok I of course paid him back but having that faith in your tenant is absolutely amazing and makes me say I will always book this place when I return to Newport. It's close to literally everything. Right by the beach and historic areas the views are amazing and parking is great too. If you visit here please save yourself the expensive places that don't treat you this good and come here where you literally feel at home . Free cable free Internet and best of all wonderful memories. My rating is 10/10 . Please come here because I know I will.

Elizabeth Suites has always been a place I wanted to stay. It was definitely worth the wait! The pool and hot tub were so relaxing and fun, as was the outdoor fire pit. The high walls of glass at the fire pit made it comfortable to enjoy and be out of the wind. The nightly salmon chowder and cookies were a very welcome surprise! We were able to get just enough chowder to hold us until dinner time. So yummy! We stayed in room 130. We were concerned that we wouldn’t have the best view, being on the first floor, but we had to take an elevator up to the first floor and it turned out great! We had daily visitors of the avian variety and loved it! We had a double king suite which we shared with our two sons. They complained some about the firmness of their bed, but my husband and I slept GREAT!! It was great, at night, to turn off all the lights, crank the fireplace, leave the back door open for the sound of the waves crashing…all while watching a movie. Speaking of the television. We are frequent guests at the coast and we have never encountered a hotel that could stream from our devices. It was great to stream television shows and movies straight from our phones. The bathroom was clean and did what we needed it to do. Flushing the toilet was a bit of a jump scare with how loud and quickly it flushed, but it’s better than having to flush multiple times per trip. The shower pressure was amazing and the rain shower heads made you not want to get out. Very relaxing! I really liked that the parking was under the hotel. Since we had to walk through the garage to get to the pool and outdoor fire pits, it was actually nice to not have to put on any shoes since it was a very clean area, kept out of the elements. That’s not to say I frequently go shoeless in hotels, but it was convenient, nonetheless. Overall, we had a beautiful birthday and anniversary weekend. We will DEFINITELY be back, over and over again.
