Location is perfect, after 10 steps from hotel you can reach subway station which is the easiest way to go to Manhattan. Besides free parking in premise is another golden point for hotel. Again 10 steps from hotel there is a lovely bar that you can enjoy. Staff were kind and polite.

This place was perfect for our needs, we stayed in queens for two weeks. Our host was incredibly responsive to all our requests and made sure we are satisfied and comfortable. We cooked for ourselves and enjoyed the small .garden outside The area is quiet and peaceful and getting anywhere is easy with public transportation. Highly recommended!!

I enjoyed my stay very much and felt very comfortable. I drove up from North Carolina alone for a wedding in Queens on Saturday for 2 nights and was concerned about 1.parking 2.Safety 3.Cleanliness 4.Value and 5. Location. I kept booking and canceling other properties coming back to this one. It was a bit further than I wanted from the venue, about 13miles out and pricier than other hotels. BUT I got EVERYTHING I needed in my solo visit to be COMPLETELY comfortable. As a single female returning to the hotel both nights after 10p safety and parking were MAJOR concerns and I had no issues. The hotel has more parking than most locations in the back and fenced in, so NO thru traffic which is a plus and on the first night I parked on the street just in front of the hotel and there was ample free street parking because it's on a side street and no heavy traffic. The next morning I got up at 730a for breakfast and just moved my car to a parking spot until I left for the wedding at 2p. When I return that night after 10p there were a few parking spots open and again I felt very safe going to my room. The room was very clean, shower hot(although I make a habit of traveling with wipes and disinfectant spray even pre-pandemic) I was in Rm #401 right by elevator and had a view of the parking lot and my Truck which was a plus. - I chose not to have cleaning service, which they ask you upon check-in. (If you want full service, towels exchange and trash removal or nothing)I just asked for extra towels and the receptionist gladly provided them. - Breakfast was nice considering the limited services during this pandemic. They had a list of the days options with someone taking your order and fixing/arranging your items in a nice to-go bad. She followed all health and safety codes, everything was individually packed, and she handled each guest separately. I appreciate their options and service. Plus there were cold and hot items.
