lovely historic hotel with friendly staff, took walk after breakfast. Felt like a scene from The Music Man in the park. Hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the bar after dinner.

David the manager was extremely friendly and helpful, Rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable. I booked for 1 night to go to Vermont and see the solar eclipse in north of Vermont. But in my way back to Washington DC I stayed one more night there.

The stay was super comfortable. Exceptionally nice staff, especially the manager. He gave us a warm welcome and even gave us great tips for both dinner and breakfast! The room was super clean. Of course the furniture is a bit dated but very well kept! Even the outside is tidy and neat

the suite was huge. the beds are confortable and everything is clean and nicely thought of and decorated. the are hot beverages and snacks available in the lobby at all times. we loved the game boards to relax in the lobby at night.
