This place in new, clean, up to date in decor, and affordable. It is close to Des Moines, but far enough away to to feel comfortable outside in the parking lot. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, no weird smells or stains anywhere and there is no gross carpet in the rooms, just new laminate flooring in good repair. I travel a lot for work and try to balance my costs with my safety and comfort. This place meets all of my expectations!!
