We came very late into the place, but we were able to check in no problem and the room was ventilated when we got in. The parking spot was right in front of the door, so unpacking was quite easy. Location was relatively good for an early start in San Francisco, considering the price.

    The location of the hotel and free parking were the advantages. There were washing and drying machines but I have not used them. The security was always present in and out of the hotel and made us feel comfortable.

    There was nothing good about this property from the moment we pulled into the parking lot with my two kids. I felt very unsafe. After checking in my concerns were confirmed when I saw two prostitutes come out of the room half naked. I did not stay here. I turned around and asked for a refund, but was denied left the hotel very unhappy, but very happy to be going to a safer and nicer place.

    The price for the Bay area, at the last minute, was exceptional. Quiet. Security patrol in the parking lot. Very comfortable bed. Good hot breakfast with everything from cereal to waffle bar. Next time I need to stay in the east bay definitely coming back here.

    1. W/ the price, I can't be too demanding but they can clean the parking lot & elsewhere to the room located @back than just by the office 2. However the location is excellent, it is not in a city center but it s got all facilities people can reach,, Dennys, McDonald's, Gas station walking distant of half a block & walmart s a out 2 bus stops.
