I liked that the staff were very kind. The night guy at that booked me in was able to answer all my questions and he even gave me a booklet. The staff that cleans gave me a much-needed toothpaste bottle that I forgot to pack. and the cooking/cleaning staff was kind in the morning during breakfast.
