This place is bad misrepresented whoever does the advertising is on point. Rooms are extremely small and I paid for a room on the river side of the hotel what I got was the parking lot. When I confronted the front desk the response was if I didn’t like the room I could check out. Misty was her name it was one of the worst experiences at a hotel I have ever had.

I like nothing about the property. It was the most disgusting thing horrific mortifying thing that I had to witness and go through. There were no towels. The front desk had no towels there was fungus growing out of the wall. There was cockroaches spiders. There was drug dealing in the parking lot And stuff got stolen off of our vehicle and I called Wyndham to file a complaint and they told me to get a hold of you that there’s nothing that they can do a full refund immediately

Always friendly staff This trip they went above and beyond We had car brake issue the night before checking out They let my wife and grand daughter use the swimming pool while i changed the brakes in the parking lot even though we had already checked out of the hotel 10 stars guys absolutely great customer service

Nothing, it was the nastiest place I ever stayed. Sheets were filthy. There was a hole in the tub the entire time even after we informed staff for 4 days.Parking lot was full of trash and crackheads walking around everywhere. They hardly had bath towels. Wifi sucked as well. I'd rather sleep at the local trash dump. 0 stars!!!!! Smoke detectors were all covered and that's a safety violation. Also the jets didn't work in the jacuzzi.

I loved.... Location Property Rooms Reception All staff My bed, bathroom and had hair dryer, fridge and a microwave.. Also parking lot had lots of parking. Main was the door 🚪 locked 🔒 I felt safe, relaxed and happy 😊 Love the maids Xoxo ty 😊

I loved everything about the location! There is a really nice walking trail that follows the creek right behind the hotel. It is located right in the heart of town, just a few minutes walking distance to the Island. I absolutely loved the jacuzzi that was in my suite! After a long day of walking, it helped relieve the soreness. We didn’t eat breakfast or swim in the pool, which I wish we could have but just didn’t get the chance too. All the pictures I added were just from the parking lot outside of our room.
