My train was late due to track issues. The front desk.. Abraham I believe was his name, went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get into my room. Because I would be arriving after closing.

We couldn't have asked for a better beach location, literally 10 steps from our door. We had wonderful communication from the property, making parking and checking in so easy. The room was just as described. I can only imagine how popular this spot is during the high season, and we felt lucky to snag it when the weather was still nice. Easily walkable to stores, restaurants, and the pier. I only wish we could've stayed longer.

This is my third stay at this Inn with my grand daughter who is now 11. I specifically picked the room this time as it was the room we stayed in the first time we went and it worked perfectly for us as we love the Atlantic Birches Inn building. There are 3 separate buildings under the same umbrella. This building is also where the breakfast is served which is wonderful! So nice to be able to sit outside on the wonderful porch and enjoy breakfast. Although we came by train, there is ample parking and it is at the top of the hill away from the noise at the end of the evening. We are already thinking about next year!

Allowed to park and enjoy the beach before checking in (parking at no additional cost, by the way). Staff accommodated us very nicely, the rooms were clean. Loved the balcony where we could look at the beach, very lovely view. I highly recommend. Call the SEA SHELL EXPRESS, a very cool golf cart ride to the pier. Nice owners. We had a great experience
