when we arrived we were told the elevator was not working and that our room was on the fourth floor. we asked for help because we are 76 years old with a bad leg, we were told NO thats exact word. the parking lot was full so we asked where we should park and was told over there by the lights. I looked out to see about a block of lights, the guy said I can see one from here and pointed down the block, the good thing was after writing to the general manager she apologized and refunded the room to our card, she was very nice and we were satisfied.
