Wasn’t fancy but had everything we needed! Worked perfect for our two young children and dog! Loved the location and an easy walk for food and shopping! Not far from the ski lifts! Everything was perfect for our little family!

Stay was great. I chose to pay at property and was able to get an awesome discount. Chatted with manager for a bit. I was on the mountainside of hotel and even with the highway being right there the views were awesome

Unique accommodation, fun but also comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Very dog friendly. The trailer was equipped with all necessary amenities including kitchen. The fellow who checked us in (Brenden?) was wonderful and made us feel right at home. We stayed in the blue Sparten Imperial Mansion. I booked the stay and my husband was skeptical, but when he settled in he was so impressed and delighted and enjoyed himself immensely- one of the surprising highlights of our month in the road.

    AMAZING staff - they go above and beyond! The service was impeccable. It was such a treat to have the ski valet and have our skis/gear ready every morning....and to be steps away from the chair lift. The rooms are well appointed and cozy. Great gym and hot tub.

    The room was nice, a small suite including fireplace, kitchenette and separate bedroom. It was clean and easy to reach ... after parking your car. The hot-tub is super and the hotel location in proximity to the ski lift (in season) is perfect. Although the shops and restaurants were closed the Taos Alpine Village is beautiful and whether or not you ski, really worth a visit!

    Loved everything!!!! Awesome staff. Room size and layout were perfect. The ski valet was amazing! Location of the hotel to the lifts can't be beat. Garage parking that was included was such an awesome amenity. This has been the most relaxing ski trip our family has been on. Staying at The Blake makes everything so convenient and easy. We loved being able to get everything we needed all under one roof... food, spa, ski rentals, drinks, etc. We plan to be back as long as the hotel maintains our desired level of cleanliness.
