Wonderful Family Stay – Everything Was Perfect! We recently stayed at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by how well everything was organized and how thoughtfully the staff treated each and every guest. Accommodation & Comfort: On our arrival day,we were given great rooms on the ground floor as per our request,since we had a stroller and I am currently pregnant.This made moving around much easier.The rooms were very clean and well-equipped — strong Wi-Fi,high-quality electrical outlets,a modern TV,a working fridge and air conditioner,a clean shower and even a special bidet hose for Muslim guests,which was very thoughtful.Bathrobes,water,toiletries and bed linen were all replenished regularly.Hot and cold water had strong water pressure at all times. Facilities: Outside,there’s a lovely pool with cool water,comfortable chairs and tables for relaxing and a separate breakfast hall.Breakfast was served daily from 07:00 to 10:00 and was absolutely delicious.The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful — on the first day,they brought us sugar,dishes,extra coffee and more,without us even asking.Knowing that we were staying with young children,they surprised us with little treats — M&Ms and candies on the second day, and a nuts gift box on the fifth day to thank us for our stay. Location: The hotel is in a very convenient area — right next to Korzinka supermarket, a pharmacy,restaurants and a bus stop, perfect for exploring the city on your own.It’s also very close to the airport. This cozy and family-friendly hotel gave us so many positive emotions throughout our entire stay.On our fifth day,they even gifted us one extra night in one of the rooms — free of charge! We stayed in two rooms — with two nannies and three kids — and there was more than enough space for everyone.Truly ideal for families. Huge thanks to the entire hotel team for such a warm welcome and excellent hospitality.We would love to come back again!
