Nothing, I booked hotel 2 weeks before the trip and the owner confirmed my room. When I arrived in midnight, they said the hotel was full and I had to stay on the street as the homeless. I paid everything and this is the way they treat me. Until now I still did not recieve any appologize or cash back. It’s acceptable

I received dedicated support, the room was clean and beautiful, near Hoan Kiem Lake and places to eat. The owner even changed me to a bigger and more spacious room than the room I booked. Airport pick-up service was on time and pleasant

Absolutely first class customer service from all the staff, especially Dinh Lee, who went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and modern, and there are many bars and restaurants around the hotel, with lots of options to explore. I'd highly recommend this hotel and I hope I will come back one day.

The staff was extremely warm and helpful. The location is great, right in the old town next to restaurants and cafes. They helped me get a taxi to the airport at 6am in the morning. My room didn't have a window but it was quite big and the bed was comfortable so having no window wasn't a problem
