Very friendly and professional staff. The lobby and breakfast/dinner area is a half open space where with included bar and looks great with tasteful decorations! There is also a public billiard/pool area with a small gym which is pretty nice! And breakfast was great as well! If you are going on the Ha Giang loop or return from it, this is a great spot to relax for a few nights!
