**The place is not like the traditional hotel. It's like home. **Meeting and interacting with the owners and seeing how passionate they are with making the guest feel comfortable. **The staff treated me like i'm the only guest and that their jobs depend on my return. They even escorted me to the Uber car that took me to the airport. **Best value for money.

The warm welcome from Peter and Sari upon my arrival. Peter was waiting for me at the airport and when I arrived at the guesthouse Sari welcomed me with open arms. This is a lovely guesthouse. I arrived late in the evening and when Sari showed me to my room, my first impression was it was quite charming and then I realized how large the suite was. Very clean, lovely decor and a lot of small touches made the stay even better, from complementary water, coffee, tea and a fridge full of goodies from water to soft drinks to snacks. The property has a lovely garden area with pool. A continental breakfast or full breakfast is available as well.

The host did his upmost to make us feel at home. We had children visiting us and he allowed us to use the pool. These children were from a poor area and they felt very special to have exclusive use of the pool.

    Sally and her staff made my stay really special. It really is a lovely home filled with lovely furniture and art. The bed was most comfortable. The location was perfect for my purposes. It is very safe neigbourhood and the secure parking is another plus. I can highly recommend the Welgemoed Guest House
