The bed was so comfortable, the sheets were warm, the room was clean, and the hospitality was exceptional. As a solo traveler, I felt so safe and welcome here. If I am ever traveling through the area again, I hope to have a room here. I would recommend Bougain Villa BnB.

This is an exquisite property with 4 extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. Our king bed was very comfortable and the spacious room and bath had an outdoor entrance with a little patio to sit and have a cup of tea. Lia has decorated the space with elegance and special touches are everywhere in the house. Our room had strong WiFi and a space to work. We had a refrigerator with chilled purified water in a crystal decanter, as well as a hot water kettle, teas and coffee and rusks. A small bottle of delicious brandy and tiny brandy glasses were a thoughtful touch. We opted to have our dinner there in the elegant dining room, and for 150 Rand per person has to be the best bargain around. The dinner begins with a kebab of fruit and cheese appetizer, then your entree (we had our choice of about 6 items), accompanying salad, and a delightful dessert of milk tart and cruller. I chose the Lamb Curry and it was scrumptious. Our friends had Hake and chips, and all the food was homemade. Breakfast was included with the room and we had cappuccinos plus eggs fixed as you like with yogurt, fruit salad, mushrooms, bacon, sausage, juice and toast….very substantial! We had been traveling for several weeks and needed a laundry service but found everything to be closed on the weekends. Ria graciously offered to do all our laundry! We have been traveling in South Africa for 2 months and this is the best place we’ve stayed. We even had an enclosed garage for parking and the whole property felt very safe. Count yourself lucky if you are able to get a room here!

Lovely villas and rooms set in a beautiful garden behind safe gates and fences. Staff are really lovely and made a beautiful breakfast. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Easy to find and well lit front gate and signs. Near to Mall of the North which has great shopping and restaurants for lunch and dinner.

    We had 2 extra people wanted to add the next accommodation. They explained how expensive is going to cost. They gave us a family room option. They opted to show us first and choose wisely. They started with the we booked then proceeded to the family room. Wow it was beyond our expectations. It was a good present to the birthday girl. A large security protected yard with parking lot, garden, braai area, larfe kitchen, longe main bedroom ensuite, bathroom, another room with 2 single beds. We loved it

    It has its own gate and secure parking. There’s a nice little outdoor space and the room has one double and one single bed. Very comfortable and clean. the little kitchen is convenient for making breakfast in the morning. The owners are super friendly and we’re accommodating to my request to leave my car to be collected by a friend as I had to catch a flight early in the morning. Would definitely stay again if I need a place in Polokwane that’s close to the airport.
