Beautiful and with amazingly friendly and welcoming hosts. The view was stunning and we had ample outside space on the balcony to enjoy it. Comfy bed and plenty of space to stretch out and repack our bags. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast outside overlooking the lake. I want to think of reasons to return to the Garden Route just so I can stay here again, and longer.

The outstanding location immediately gave it the 'wow factor'. Property was easy to access and parking was secure. I could not fault any aspect of my stay. My hosts struck just the right note and made me feel at home from the start. I can wholeheartedly recommend Shan C to anyone wanting an 'out of the ordinary' stopover in Wilderness.
