I had an amazing stay at this cottage, and I want to start by thanking the owner, Nirok. He is a truly genuine and kind person – always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Big thanks to him! The cottage itself is beautiful. The view is simply breathtaking – a full 10/10, with a large window looking straight out over the lake. Everything is extremely clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches everywhere. There’s a fridge, cooking gadgets, and even a smart TV for when you just want to relax indoors. Outside, there’s a grill which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, making it the perfect place to recharge. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great, and overall it felt like a real home away from home. I recommend this cottage 100% to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. I’ll definitely return whenever life gives me the chance to enjoy some free time here again.

I recently stayed at Sargsyan ECO House in the peaceful village of Tsaghkunq, and it was truly a soul-refreshing experience. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming — you can feel that everything here is done with love and care. The interior of the house is cozy yet spacious, with eco-conscious touches that make you feel grounded and connected. From the soft bedding to the clean kitchen, every detail felt intentional. One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of birds and sipping my coffee on the terrace overlooking the green hills. It’s the perfect spot for a digital detox, creative retreat, or just some deep rest. You can also explore the nearby Lake Sevan or enjoy a traditional Armenian meal in the village. If you’re looking for a place to reconnect with nature, breathe deeply, and enjoy heartfelt hospitality — this is it.

Nag-aalok ng libreng WiFi, matatagpuan ang Aragast Hotel & Brewery sa Sevan. Mayroong libreng private parking at nag-aalok ang accommodation ng may bayad na airport shuttle service. Our stay was excellent. The manager was welcoming, the room was brand new and with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Easy parking in a central location

Matatagpuan sa Sevan, ang Chkalovka Guest House With Sevan View ay mayroon ng hardin, shared lounge, terrace, at libreng WiFi. Available on-site ang private parking. Chkalovka Guest House is a place with beautiful garden, where You can spend some time. The owners are very friendly and hearty, they always asked if we need anything. Despite language barier we were able to communicate using google translator. Breakfast was delicious and large. Hosts asked us what we want to eat and prepared it on their own. We highly recommend this place to stay and hope that we will go there in the future :)

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, with a kitchen available for use. The key point is that the owner is very nice!

Matatagpuan sa Lichkʼ, naglalaan ang The Lichk Lodge ng libreng WiFi, at puwedeng ma-enjoy ng mga guest ang mga libreng bisikleta, hardin, at terrace. Available on-site ang private parking. The owner was so kind and nice, even during our short interaction, that we would totally get back to this guesthouse which is in the true spirit of hosting. All was clean, even with lots of guests, towels were provided and also some other facilities that we did not use. Super goo value for the money we paid.

Tsovasar Family Rest Complex is located in Sevan and offers self-catering accommodations with an access to a private beach area and free WiFi. It is only a few steps away from Sevan Lake. Everything. The room, the service, the premises, the location, the view, the swimming pool, the food in their restaurant – all's great. Might be the best way to spend a couple of days on Lake Sevan.
