I had an amazing stay at this cottage, and I want to start by thanking the owner, Nirok. He is a truly genuine and kind person – always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Big thanks to him! The cottage itself is beautiful. The view is simply breathtaking – a full 10/10, with a large window looking straight out over the lake. Everything is extremely clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches everywhere. There’s a fridge, cooking gadgets, and even a smart TV for when you just want to relax indoors. Outside, there’s a grill which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, making it the perfect place to recharge. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great, and overall it felt like a real home away from home. I recommend this cottage 100% to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. I’ll definitely return whenever life gives me the chance to enjoy some free time here again.

The place is recently built, clean and spacious rooms. Host trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Great breakfast - eggs, local cheese and bread, jam and fruits.

Our stay was excellent. The manager was welcoming, the room was brand new and with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Easy parking in a central location

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, with a kitchen available for use. The key point is that the owner is very nice!

What a beautiful place and what lovely people! Small village but a good shop, and a nice kitchen in the house. Great spot for bike packers

Tsovasar Family Rest Complex is located in Sevan and offers self-catering accommodations with an access to a private beach area and free WiFi. It is only a few steps away from Sevan Lake. Great staff. Great restaurant. Great cottage. Every moment was perfect.
