Nice building and surroundings, well equipped room with A/C, fridge, coffee and tea maker. Detailed instructions how to enter a room and where to park a car sent in advance. A bigger free parking place is just 200m behind the corner with signs to display who should park where (some old BMW car parked on our parking space ignoring the sign, but fortunately, the parking place was not full and there were another unoccupied spaces to park a car).

Apartment was in a great walking distance location from city center. It already amazes you the view from the hill on the street and then the building itself. Apartment offers everything someone needs for a stay plus much more. It even has umberallas, table games, basic/not-basic spices, coffees, radio, and much more. This apartment is like the Dubai hotel Burj Al-Arab - even though there are only 5* for rating hotels, that one is considered 7*. And same applies to this apartment - maximum is rating 10 but I am giving it 15! :)
