It's much nicer than the pictures, large house, clear and direct instruction from the owner through booking messages. I asked for a baby bed which they thankfully provided. I really loved the attention to details, there is a PS5, full entertainment system in the TV. I had a car with me so the location was good about 3 mins drive from the center of Katoomba, but if I came through a train or I didn't have a car with me it will be a bit of walking. Over all, it was really nice stay, I would book the place again

The staff were really helpful and the room was spacious with a fireplace and bathtub looking out over the river and mountains. Feeding the alpacas was a bonus. Would recommend.
