We booked the 3 bedroom apartment for 2 nights for my MIL’s 70th birthday. Our group consisted of myself, my husband, our 4 yr old daughter and my MIL. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with an adjoining studio room - so we had 3 bedrooms (king beds) 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies - it was perfect! The hotel and rooms are new, modern, clean and spacious. The location is perfect, with James street around the corner with so many dining options and with galleries and the waterfront (playground, skateparks and activities) an easy, short walk away. The rooftop and BBQ area is lovely with stunning views over Geelong and there’s gym facilities which we didn’t use. Large free carpark (on weekends) around the corner. And if you don’t get your room cleaned/towels replaced, they have a plant a tree initiative which we liked!

There is small one too just at the entrance to the hotel. And, there are several eateries around.

The hotel looks modern, clean, and smells good. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location is great as it is just opposite a mall, with several eateries within walking distance. The complimentary coffee behind the reception was surprisingly good. Overall, good value and a pleasant stay for visiting the attractions around Mornington Peninsula.
