In a prime location in the Stationsbuurt Noord district of Ghent, Hotel Chamade is located 300 metres from Sint-Pietersstation Gent, 44 km from Boudewijn Seapark and 44 km from Damme Golf. The hotel is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. For such a superb hotel it really is fantastic value for money. It is also in an excellent location, being just a 5 minutes walk from the station and a few minutes walk into town. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and I found the beds to very comfortable and the room quiet. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower very powerful and spacious. Reception closes at about 11pm, but you can still gain entry to the hotel using your key once you've checked in, so it's no problem returning late at night. Breakfast was excellent too, with enough quantity and choice of food to set you up until dinner time. I strongly recommend Hotel Chamade, and I will without a doubt stay here again when I next come to Ghent.
